Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Return item(s) are to reach us within 14 days from the shipped date for Singapore Orders.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions. Shipping for returns will be paid for by you.
Alternatively, you can do a self drop-off. Details will be sent to you after a return has been initiated.
You can choose to either:
1. Get the full amount of your item back as store credit. A discounted $2 shipping fee will charged if "Free Shipping" was used during purchase and the total amount of items bought after returns is less than $70.
or
2. Get your money refunded in cash. However, please note that a credit card/platform fee of 3.3%+ $0.50 per order will be charged for returns, as well as $5 if "Free Shipping" was used.
Q: How do Store Credits work?
Store credits will be issued to you after we have received your returned item. Store credits have no expiry date and can be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and free shipping if the items are above $70.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to arrange the exchange. If the size/colour you want is not in stock, a refund will be initiated instead. Please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost of exchanging the items.
Alternatively, you can do a self drop-off. Your first exchange will be shipped to your address at no additional cost. For any subsequent exchanges, a shipping fee will apply.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
Q: Will I be refunded for the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
